Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd is a Not-For-Profit (Zero Profit) Charitable Fundraising Organisation who fundraises for and provides funding directly to small community Groups, Teams, Clubs, Schools and Charities who may be finding it hard to fundraise enough or at all due to their size, location and reach.
As a Zero Profit Organisation, ACFP takes no payments, has no held bank account or investments, we are run by volunteers, and 100% of donated funds are passed on to the intended cause.
We have a transparent, open-book policy, where you will be able to see here on this website where all our funds have come from and are going to (causes, fees, taxes, bills, wages, advertising, etc) and the links where you can double-check us through the registered government and legal organisations who audit us.

Who is ACFP?
Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd.
We are a Not-For-Profit Fundraising Partnership who fundraises for and provides 70% commissions directly to small community Groups, Teams, Clubs, Schools and Charities who may be finding it hard to fundraise enough or at all due to their size, location and reach.
The community groups we partner with
DO NOT have to be registered charities!
Who is ACF?
Australian Community Fundraising.
Is a "3rd party raffle provider"
who provides the prize out of the income of the ticket sales;
who doesn't charge any group any costs for partnering for fundraising;
who uses maximum of 4.5% to cover all business costs
and pays the costs of the partner charity ACFP.

Where do the funds go?
For each $10 Ticket purchased:
* 55c is taken in banking transaction fees.
* $1 is allocated to the prize pool.
* $1 is held for the tax man.
* 45c is used by ACF for costs.
* $7 is directly given to the group (partner) who sold the ticket
(as identified by their unique promo code).
What does ACFP do?
ACFP works with ACF to run fundraising Raffles and Art Unions to provide 70% of the ticket sales directly to small community groups.
How does this work?
ACFP has 2 bank accounts.
One holds ALL fundraising and donations to give 100% of donations to partnered groups.
The other account is to pay the bills, where ACF puts in money to cover this.
How are they structured?
ACFP is a Not-For-Profit Fundraising Company by Limited Guarantee. All Directors and workers are volunteers.
ACF is a business that operates openly to fundraise and pass on the most funds possible to the partnered groups.

How do ACF and ACFP work together?
ACFP was created by the owner of ACF, Margaret Crockford, so that the fundraising that was generated by the sale of the Raffle tickets was able to be safely held and distributed directly to where it was intended to go, without any extra costs taken out.
ACF runs the Raffles/Art Unions and immediately transfers 70% into the ACFP holding account.
ACF uses 10% for the prize pool, 10% for taxes, 5.5% is for banking transaction fees and only 4.5% for its business costs and to pay the operating costs of ACFP .
